Then he moved to British American Tobacco as Promotion Manager, running consumer promotions with tremendous success for all its brands. His next stops included senior management positions in the best and biggest advertising agencies, O&M, Leo Burnett and Grey.
Recognizing a demand for a professional local agency, Peter founded Campaign Advertising Ltd. It was an instant success, attracting blue chip clients like Perrier, Revlon, Dow Chemical, British Airways and HSBC. A few years later, Campaign went regional by founding Asia Advertising Group (AAG), a network of local independent agencies in every major market in Asia Pacific including China. It proved to be extremely effective for local clients who wanted to go regional. Campaign’s success drew the attention of Asatsu-DK, the third largest advertising agency in Japan, which later on became Campaign’s majority shareholder.
Five years ago, Campaign morphed into The Hub, specializing in marketing communications. In addition to promotion and advertising, the focus is on brand development and branding. Major successful projects included the strategic planning and execution of Western Union’s Club 500 in Southeast Asia, the branding for Oceanus Casino in Macau, the brand development for ThreeSixty, a super deluxe supermarket chain in Hong Kong.
