Our Founder

Niall Murray is the Chairman and Founder of Murray International. Niall specializes in opening Mega-resorts, Hotels & Casinos (i.e. pre-opening critical path processes, operations planning, development and optimization).

Niall was born in Dublin, Ireland and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Degree from Trinity College Dublin, and a Higher Diploma in Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Management from the Dublin Institute of Technology, the prestigious Senior Professional in Human Resource designation from the Society of Human Resource Management and is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants, and the Project Management Institute. Niall is the Honorary Representative of The Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Macau, and is a registered expert with the World Tourism Organisation. 

Niall gained extensive pre-opening and operations experience having held progressive management and senior executive positions with Omni Hotels, ITT Sheraton, Disneyland Paris, Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons Hotels; Caesars Palace and The Venetian in Las Vegas. Niall led the pre-opening critical path process as Senior Director at the Sands Macau, and as Vice President of Operations Development for The Venetian and Cotai Strip in Macau. In addition, Niall has led the pre-opening and operations development teams for SJM's Grand Lisboa, Ponte 16 and L'Arc, and most recently directed the pre-opening team for the Casino Oceanus at Jai Alai in Macau.

Murray International's headquarters are located in Macau, a Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. Murray International's US office is located in Las Vegas, Nevada. And, our European office is located in Dublin, Ireland. Our presence in Asia, North America and Europe ensures that we are conveniently located to serve our clients from our offices or to visit and serve them at their preferred location.
